FAQ
Q: “But I don’t know anyone!”
A: Not to worry, since we all have the same interests it will be easy to make friends! What better to start chatting about than food, health and fitness? This is a great place to meet new friends!
Q: “Do I have to be a blogger?”
A: No! Many attendees do not have their own blogs. We can’t guarantee you won’t be inspired to start one afterwards though!
Q: “Are there going to be roommates if we want to reduce our hotel costs?”
A: We know that many people in the blog world consider themselves “blog friends.” If you want to organize a roommate situation, feel free to use the comments below to get in touch with other bloggies that are coming to the summit. However, we are not officially organizing any roommate system, and you are responsible for securing your own hotel room.

Update: We’ve got a full room! Looking forward to meeting all of you.
Hey! One of my roomies just pulled out of the HLS, so we have a spare seat in our hotel room - does anyone still need somewhere to stay? You can email me at fluffypinksparkles@hotmail.com if you do
looking for a ticket in case anyone has one to part with. waiting to hear back from someone now, but hoping that I find one. I have been on the fence as I can’t really afford to spend the $$ now. my husband doesn’t work and it’s tighter than tight in my checkbook, but I’m going to figure a way to do this, as I wouldn’t be able to travel next year if it’s elsewhere, and this is in my area. I’m from the NW burbs of Chicago and am newly vegetarian and trying to lost the lbs that have crept up since I got married in 98. If anyone can help a sistah out please let me know!!
I am desperately looking for a ticket to the event - just discovered it last week and, living in Chicago, thought it was too good to be true. And then I realized tickets were already sold out! I will be happy to cover any costs of getting the ticket here, etc. Thank you so much!
Desperately seeking roommates! Does anyone have an extra spot in their room? I *just* got a ticket off the waiting list!! I’m so pumped, but I need a place to stay please email me at hadebb@gmail.com if you have a spot!!!
Thanks, Heather
I am also living in Chicago and hoping to find a ticket. This event sounds incredible and I’d love to take part. Happy to spend the money should anyone have a ticket they’d like to sell. Thanks!

So here’s my deal: I bought my ticket to HLS without having any idea how i’d pay for getting to chicago from VT, let alone affording a room when i got there. But this event has been such a critical motivation for me in my journey to get to a healthy place in my life after years of battling all sorts of medical complications and admittedly some ED behaviors as well. I realize that I am totally exposing TMI right now, but if anyone has a spare corner in their room for me to sleep in and/or knows of some miracle/affordable way to get to chicago this last minute, i would be forever grateful. any help/support would mean the world to me and I could finally feel like all of this extra hard work ive been doing to improve myself would have some validation (i hope that doesnt sound vain). thanks so much for your thoughts-i hope to meet you all in a weeks time for this incredible event!!
Any spare tickets out there????
Thanks.
