<p><a href="http://www.quakeroats.com">Quaker Oats </a>is hosting a Oatmeal Bar for all Healthy Living Summit attendees on Sunday, August 20th from 9 -11am.</p>
<p>Attendees will have a chance to design their own bowl of oats with a full toppings bar, fresh fruit, and Quaker Oatmeal Squares. We&#8217;ll have the classic crowd favorites of cinnamon, brown sugar and raisins, but we&#8217;re interested to see how we could jazz these toppings up to take this oatmeal bar over the top!</p>
<p>You can help us by designing your ideal bowl of oatmeal right now! Leave your favorite oatmeal toppings below and we&#8217;ll pick a random winner to receive a Quaker Oats pack of goodies at Healthy Living Summit next week. Be sure to get creative and have fun!</p>

Over the past few months I – along with two other girls Cassie and Michael – have been hard at work with Meghann trying to plan an awesome cocktail party for HLS. We finally have all of the details sorted out and we are so excited to share them with you!</strong></p>

<p><strong><a href="http://healthylivingsummit.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/08/IMG_6020.jpg"><img class="alignright size-medium wp-image-1072" title="IMG_6020" src="http://healthylivingsummit.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/08/IMG_6020-300x200.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="200" /></a>The party will take place at Philadelphia’s <a href="http://www.readingterminalmarket.org/" target="_blank">Reading Terminal Market</a> – a fabulous indoor farmers market filled with tons of amazing vendors and local shops. The market transforms itself from a bustling urban space to an elegant venue for cocktails parties and wedding receptions, and we thought it would be perfect for our event! We will have a three hour party from 7-10pm with heavy hors d’oeuvres and a signature cocktail made possible by <a href="http://drinkchianow.com/" target="_blank">Drink Chia</a>, as well as a beer and wine bar. There will be stationary and passed appetizers, with an emphasis on local foods that incorporate all of the things Philly is known for, such as cheese steaks and soft pretzels. We even made sure to cater to our vegetarian and vegan guests – there will be plenty of options for everyone! But that’s not all…we still have a few surprises up our sleeves that you will just have to wait to find out about!</strong></p>

<p><strong>In terms of attire, feel free to come dressed in whatever you are comfortable with. Some people may choose cocktail dresses and others nice pants and a top. We just want everyone to have a great time!</strong></p>
