She is the author of two books based on the Operation Beautiful website and is currently writing her third books, which is a healthy living guide and is based on Healthy Tipping Point. Her readers enjoy her simple and healthy recipes, training advice, and self-esteem boosting tips and tricks.

Meet Heather
Heather is one-half of the Hangry Pants blogging team; a “Happy Living Blog” that chronicles her efforts to live a healthy, balanced life and reaches everything from food and exercise to personal happiness and self-acceptance. The blog focuses on some of Heather’s creative and healthy meals and baking experiments, her half-marathon training and love of yoga.

Kath Younger, RD writes a popular healthy food blog read by nearly 15,000 visitors a day. Kath Eats Real Food is a celebration of life through the lens of food. Kath writes about everything from recipes to organization tips to encourage readers to try new “real” foods. Having lost over 30 pounds after graduating from college, Kath is a Registered Dietician and operates a Great Harvest Bread Company with her husband in Charlottesville, VA. She has been writing KERF since 2007.

Meet Meghann
Meghann is a twenty-something lover of marathons, puppies and wine; as well as the voice behind the popular health and fitness blog MealsAndMiles.com. Thousands of fans log on everyday to read how the Florida native attempts to stay fit, eat right, and build her own company, while still enjoying a social life. She is well known for training hard and playing hard. A web-based series based on Meals and Miles is currently in development for an early spring 2011 release date.

Each day, she strives to find theright balance without losing out on fun or good taste. Tina also writes a weekly feature for Health.com and blogs for a nutritional rating company called NuVal.
