Summit Speakers!
We are thrilled to announce a few more of the Summit Speakers!
Keynote
We are excited to share that the Stonyfield Keynote Speaker for the Summit is organic dairy farmer Regina Beidler!!

Regina Beidler along with her husband, Brent, and daughter, Erin, own and operate a 145 acre organic dairy farm in Randolph Center, Vermont. They purchased their farm in 1998 and immediately began the transition to organic production. They completed their organic certification in the spring of 2000 and became cooperative farmer owners at Organic Valley. The milk from their farm goes into Organic Valley’s New England Pastures fluid milk or to Stonyfield Farm for their yogurt products.
In addition to their 35 dairy cows, the Beidlers have diversified their farm with a small beef herd and in growing small grains for human consumption and as feed for their cows. It is their desire to continue to work towards independence from outside inputs as a way to increase the sustainability of their farm.
Regina has held the position of East Coast Coordinator for Organic Valley’s Farmer Ambassador program since 2004. This program trains and recruits “Farmer Ambassadors” to carry out outreach and education at consumer and trade events, farm tours, retail conferences and to be media spokespeople. She is also a NOFA Vermont Board member and co- chair of the Fiddlehead Festival, an agricultural festival held every spring in Randolph, Vermont.

Hi All,
If anyone is sticking around on Sunday I thought I would mention another great event. The Boston ‘urban epic’ triathlon (1/2mi. swim, 10 mi. bike, 4mi run) is being held on the south boston waterfront on Sunday. The race starts at 8am and there is an ‘apres epic’ festival that is open to all and includes some swag, food and a beer garden. I’m not sure if anyone else in the Boston area is participating, but I am and would encourage anyone to come watch-it should be a fun event!
I live in the Boston area and wanted to go to the summit, if anyone is unable to go and wants to sell their ticket, email me….please!
What a great event. I wish I lived near Boston.
I saw there is a live feed, so that’s cool!
I have been eating healthier and posting healthy recipes/and recipe re-do’s for the past 1 1/2 years, trying to make them healthier and loving it!
I feel so much better eating real food instead of all the processed food I used to eat. I think this is a great event for people who are doing the same!
Have a great weekend!
